  Montana was very helpful both in store and over the phone. He was very instrumental in helping us identify the exact furniture specifications for what we were looking for. It was his superb customer service and furniture expertise that guaranteed our purchase of a bedroom set in our condo. We are grateful for his professionalism and his attention to detail. It made the experience more streamlined and seamless.

  I wasn’t planning on getting out of my car I when stopped in at Furniture Row, and I was definitely not looking like I should be out buying furniture.🤪 However, I wasn’t there long before Kristina came over and asked if I needed help with anything. She took me all over the showroom homing in on exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure I found just what I was looking for at a great price! I will start here first the next time I’m buying furniture. It was a great experience!

  Really happy with my experience here. I had done a little bit of research online but wanted some input on picking a mattress. Jocelyn was so helpful and nice. She was very knowledgeable and helped me feel confident in my choice and recommended a great pillow. The rest of the staff seemed great, good vibes while I was checking out. I was prepared to pay a little more but I think it’ll prove to be a good value. They’ll hold onto my mattress until I’m ready for delivery, and I think the delivery charge is very fair. So excited for my new bed!

  The husband and I decided that for Christmas this year, we'd treat ourselves to a new mattress. Let's be honest, everyone deserves a better night's sleep! We stepped into Denver Mattress in GWS and were warmly welcomed by Jocelyn. She took the time to ask us a few questions and listened carefully to what we were looking for. Jocelyn’s extensive knowledge about different mattresses and their features truly impressed us. She provided excellent customer service, making the whole experience enjoyable. In the end, we found a mattress that we both loved and also picked out some cozy new pillows. We can't wait to finally enjoy our dream bed!

  Jesus at the Glenwood Springs showroom was wonderful to work with. We had been considering a specific sofa sectional for our house for awhile but we were struggling to decide. Jesus spent a lot of time with us on the evening of Black Friday talking us through the different configuration options of that set, sharing some cost saving options, and walking around the showroom with us showing us various other options that might better fit some of our concerns. He gave us space to talk it through together and then came back several times to answer any new questions that came up. Once we decided to buy the set, he walked us through the financing options and gave us some helpful tips on how to make sure we took advantage of the financing options without incurring fees. He is also working with us to schedule the delivery of the furniture to line up with the rest of our renovation project so things don’t arrive before the space is ready. We have a couple more items we might be buying for the house in the next few months and I will definitely ask for Jesus when that time comes to help me make those other selections.
