  I was greeted with Jocelyn who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was given information on all the Tempur-Pedic mattresses which was what I wanted to buy. She helped me make the appropriate decision around all the choices. The purchase was easy and went smoothly. Thank you Jocelyn !!

  Fantastic experience with an unexpected result. I thought I was going to have to walk out of the store empty-handed, as the collapsible bed frame I wanted was not in stock and would have taken 2 weeks to arrive for a store pick up. With a bit of quick thinking and big consideration, Robin volunteered that there was in fact one of the item not in stock but held for another customer, and that this customer wouldn't be back for it for some time, that she could reorder the same item for that customer, and that I could have that reserved bed frame. This was max consideration because it obviously was going to take more time and attention to have the item reordered and set aside for the previous customer. I've had past great experiences at this location where sales reps have gone out of their way to help, so I'll always be back for stuff in the future.

  My experience here was great. Robin was especially helpful in showing us different options and explaining the ordering and delivery process. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase and was given the space I needed to make a decision. In the end, due to Robin’s helpful nature, I ended up finding both a couch and rug (I’d only come for a couch) combo that worked for me. I will certainly come back if I have a need for other pieces of furniture in the future, as I like the process of seeing what I am going to buy and being able to ask questions to such knowledgeable and helpful staff members. I will also recommend the store to anyone who is looking for furniture as well, and will tell them to ask for Robin when they go. 10 out of 10, would shop here again.

  We were greeted warmly by sales liaison Robin M when we entered the store. She inquired what we were looking for. We thought we knew what type of mattress we were looking for but Robin in her no pressure very knowledgeable way began explaining some choices and things to consider like warranties and other customer feedback. After laying on several different mattress we found one that was perfect and within our budget. It was a positive buying experience we are sleeping soundly on our new mattress. Thank you Robin and Denver Mattress.
