  I placed an online order for pick up at the Cherry Creek Skyline store. When I arrived at the store, I found that there was a problem with my order and one of the items I ordered was out of stock and no longer sold there. The manager, Nathan, stepped in and called another store. He found the product, went on his own time to pick it up, and had it at the store the next day for me to pick up. I would like to thank him for his exemplary act of kindness in going above and beyond his job requirements to help get the product I ordered. The effort he put in to resolving this issue showed his abilities as a manager and to provide excellent customer service! The fact that he went above and beyond should elevate Nathan as a manager and he should be viewed as a valued employee at World Market.

  I got my usual travel-size item today, but the barcode didn’t scan, so the cashier had to go look for it and came back entered it manually. Since I regularly buy both the travel and full size, I’m very familiar with the prices and mentioned this to make sure the correct SKU was used. The cashier assured me it was correct, but I was charged for the full-size item instead. I got it anyways bcz I was in a rush.

  How did I not know about this place sooner. I'm shocked I'm just now finding out how cool it is and how much neat stuff is in there. I'll definitely be back.
