Mgr. Huey that I was there to pick up my Frame and he immediatly said he did not think the frame was there because they had emptied their warehouse onto a truck to send to Denver. He checked the back and it was not there. I showed him my email that it had arrived. Immediatly I started hearing excuses. WHAT A JOKE. I told him I wanted a refund and he was going to give me a Phone Number to call and get a refund. LAZY!!! I told him to call so he did and I got a refund. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT denver mattress. And I will tell everyone that I know about what happened. I went to MATTRESS FIRM after leaving and the had frames IN STOCK. When it's time to buy a Mattress I will go to MATTRESS FIRM!!!!
