    I don't know what I could say that hasn't been said. It's Lowes. If you need to do work around your house there's not really many other places to go. Lowes still does a good job with customer service despite that.

    I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with a recent experience regarding a compost order. On Friday I placed an order to be delivered on Tuesday. On the morning of the scheduled delivery, I was informed that the order could not be fulfilled due to insufficient stock. The explanation provided that the quantity ordered (40 bags) was too large to reserve and the pallet had been made available to general inventory leading to its unavailability for my delivery. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue by locating the product at elsewhere, I was advised to cancel the order. This lack of service is unacceptable. My order has been cancelled and I have purchased from a competitor. This is not the first time I have experienced order issues at this location, but it will be the last.

    Crystal is amazing. So let me tell you my story. My refrigerator died. My insurance is 2-10 they are awful do not get that insurance. I was without a refrigerator for 1 month and 2 weeks before 2-10 would even offer a check for replacement and not even an amount you can buy a refrigerator with. So I ended up at Lowes. I bought a new refrigerator at the store not on line. Someone who knows not me canceled my order. I was so upset So I go back to Lowes this really nice lady directed me to CRYSTAL OMG SHES THE BEST. She not only went out of her way to fix the problem but got my new refrigerator to me the next day. She also double checked everything the day of the delivery to make sure no one called acting as me to cancel it again. I was so amazed at her customer service. She is a keeper whomever her manager is well you need to give her a raise these are the type of people you keep value good employees. Thank you Crystal you are the best.

    Horrible experience. Trying to get a hold of managers was a disaster. The first time around, I placed a pro order. I was told it would be a $20 delivery, but that didn't happen. They fixed it, but then the order got split up. I received a partial order, and the other one was transferred to another store manager. They told me I needed to contact that store, and it got delayed again. It was supposed to be delivered today, and now I'm trying to get a hold of the Fountain store. I waited forever for a manager, but never got one on the phone. And then he told another lady to tell me to call that store. I placed the order at the Fountain store. If you transferred it to another area, you guys should still be able to resolve it. And all the runaround and different stories each time. Horrible experience. I've been using Lowe's for over 20 years. Maybe it's time I need to find some other place to use.

    Went to exchange a paint color today. They have it posted in their store that if you dont like the color, you can exchange it within 30 days for a different one. I used maybe a quarter of the gallon and hated the color. (1/4 after pouring it in the pan to paint the wall, and immediately hated it.) I had the expectation that I can switch it because that's what they have posted in their store and on their website. Apparently if it's "too empty" they won't accept the exchange. There is no definition of what their return limit is.The individuals I spoke with wouldnt even honor half a gallon to be exchanged? No solution offered, just "sorry we cant help you." One of the customer service ladies told me it only counts if I just do a small dip and barely use the paint. Not sure where it stated that in their return policy? So now I have 3/4 of a gallon of paint that won't be used, and couldn't even be exchanged. Perhaps they need to specify the details of their return policy so there aren't any misunderstandings amongst customers, and any unnecessary expenses.
