  Kept trying to sell me a chipped key for my super duty from 1999.... The keys weren't chip then. Then I tried to find one for a Ford excursion and then it also tried to sell me a chip key for that I wish it would give me the option to select whether I want a chip key or not because the keys aren't all chipped

  My husband called this morning to request a quote for a new key fob. The person he spoke to asked for all our information and then said a technician would be calling us. When the technician called he explained that the person in charge of making them would not be in until tomorrow. I explained that I was hoping for someone to help today. I then asked for a quote though. At that, the technician became argumentative and stated that he would not give me a quote. I asked him why. He said because you want help today. I said but if the price is fair I would wait until tomorrow. Besides I said I like giving business to fountain companies when I can. He said he didn't care and hung up on me. I cannot believe he said and did that. If you are looking for a locksmith beware and go elsewhere!
