    The store carries a fair amount of merchandise, everything is accessible. However I find it unacceptable that this store has all the things you need to repair or replace almost anything. The bathrooms are atrocious. Female bathroom has 3 working barely stalls, with toilets covered with trash bags but no one is coming to fix it. Doors hanging off, sinks don't work, paper towels are never stalked. I've seen mice in there too .The mice are completely comfortable doing whatever they wish in the store... So comfortable they are out and about during the day. They have drop ceilings in office and break room areas. Smells like 50 million dead bodies of mice... They had to toss their staffs refrigerators, all water dispensers... You do have access to bottled water though and that's amazing. Just be mindful, they removed the staffs snack options because of the mice... Don't forget that part when you buy candy or snacks. The mice HAVE gotten in to those as well. Ive witnessed supervisors treat workers pretty terrible. But what can you expect from 15.30 an hours, I guess. They desperately want you to get one of their Lowe's credit cards brought to you by synchrony bank with an apr of 31.99% minimum. 36.99% if you're late with payment. They actually write up and fire associates for not getting more people signed up on that credit. I always thought Lowe's was a happy place, turns out I was wrong. If you're there for lumber, stone, soils, mulches, lights, you should be ok. Do not go checking out their sheds, no one stops homeless people from going in them so you will find bottles of human piss. Trash, needles, etc. Anyone in the garden area is amazing. Nice and helpful. The management of the store leaves a lot to be desired. They also treat their employees horrible. I witness a manager tell a worker if she was going to have an attitude she can just go home. That worker, was doing paperwork they gave her and she didn't immediately look up and say hi. But she got wrote up. Their shortest manager has the biggest threats. I heard him tell a Lowe's associate that if they did not get credit they wouldn't have a job much longer. Technically he said, you won't have a job come Friday if you can't get a card this week...I saw him do it to a couple people so more than once. I don't like shopping places that treat their employees like trash. Your employees are the reason the store gets opened and closed and operational. Managers just walk about issuing threats left and right to workers they'll be fired". I can't spent my money with these kind of people.

    My husband goes to this store least 3 times a week. It’s the closest one to all the areas he services and our rentals. Some cashiers are very sweet and kind, specially the ladies. They go above and beyond on customer service. I wont say names, but a lot of the workers there are lazy and complain when they have to do their job. They say sarcastic comments or huff if they have to do a little more than the usual. Sometimes he buys a lot of material (pickets, tile, etc) and if they have to get a fork lift, oh lord, it’s like your asking them to WORK FOR FREE. It amazes me that he has to go there so often and instead of being treated in a polite way for being a regular customer, he doesn’t receive help from the staff.
