- JJJosh6 days ago1.0The service at this store has consistently been bad, but has recently dipped to new lows. Clerk at returns on a personal phone call complaining about coworkers on break, clerks in self checkout having a literal dance off instead of helping customers checkout, and the lumber I came in to buy was nearly out of stock. The clerk on that side made multiple pages for assistance to get the new bunk of lumber, but after nearly 20 minutes no one had come and my patience had run out. I left and will not be back.

- JDJ DApr 2, 20261.0I don't know why Lowes has such difficulty making good on delivery promises to their customers. Its been 'scheduled' for delivery THREE TIMES ....flipped back and forth between two stores and neither store wanting to accept accountability! By the time we get things delivered, we will struggle with availability to make our yard look nice! Service desk said I could cancel and find products elsewhere. Problem is that if I want to do anything with my yard, I need sales and then I'm stuck with 'get what I paid for' I guess. Do better, Lowes!!!
- KRKristy ReyesMar 29, 20261.0Made an order. Was supposed to be delivered today. Instead of contacting the customer to tell them they weren't going to deliver something, and possibly deliver part of the order, they held the entire order for days. Then told customer has to just expect a delivery any time between 8 am and 8 pm and if not home, they'll deliver 175 retainer wall blocks anywhere they want for customer to move themselves when they get home. So, customer cannot work on ANY of their projects on the weekend they are OFF WORK like the lowes website indicated would be the case! Not sure sale prices are worth the headache and low customer service offered by lowes. This is my SECOND experience with lowes and second HORRIBL experience.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.
How do I cancel an item from my order?
You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you wish to remove, select Cancel. Find your order and select Details. You’ll receive an email with the updated order information shortly after.

Visit the customer service desk in store to apply for a tax-exempt account.
It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
