- CRcher roseJun 30, 20241.0Never known a storage physicality to have a pass key to enter your unit at anytime. They may access your unit without your knowledge. If you store items outside a locker you run a chance of it being broken into like ours did. The locks were professionally cut off and items were stolen. There was no sign of an outside job. Just Beware of this company. Or aleast have a well knowledge of your property in your lockers so if something may come up missing. Didnt have cameras which advertised at the time of the break in. Suggest insurance and lots of photos of your property. Good Luck with this storage we didn't.
