  No communication! I’ve already called once to find out when our couch would be delivered. Now, another 3 weeks have gone by & still no update.

  I went out on the hunt for a Rocker-recliner that would fit me. I found one at a furniture store. So I thought I did. They also told me that their lazy boys were cheaper than an original La-Z-Boy store. So I went to the La-Z-Boy store myself and checked it out and I was just totally amazed. Karen greeted me. She asked me what I was looking for. Told her I wanted to find a recliner to fit me as I am a small Senior. So I actually needed a small recliner, which I have not found anywhere. The first recliner she showed me is the one I left with. It was perfect. Of course, I tried a lot of recliners while I was there, but that one I always went back to. Karen also brought out five different colors I could pick from in this recliner. That was like really exciting because usually other furniture places it’s either this is what you get or there might be another color and you don’t want that one either. I left that Day with my new recliner that Karen and Nick help put in my RAV4. I am just stoked. Thank you for the great service Karen. I really appreciate it.

  Buyer Beware. La-Z-Boy Corporation does not take responsibility for poor fabric performance. While things might look good on the sales floor, like the fabric we chose for their flagship recliner sofa, we contacted La-Z-Boy Warranty after just 9 months to report fading and pilling. It took three follow-up calls to get their initial video call with a warranty technician who quickly determined we needed escalation to a field technician visit. It took several follow-up calls and escalation to get the appointment scheduled. The technician arrived and after a brief review of the condition of the fabric determined it was normal wear and tear. We informed him we disagreed and wanted our claim escalated. It’s now 14 months post our purchase and after 14+ months, we have no follow-up communication from a La-Z-Boy warranty representative. Thanks for your purchase, too bad so sad. If you’re looking to invest in quality products you expect to last beyond any good sales experience, avoid La-Z-Boy. The experience can quickly fade with a rough and fuzz-ball piece of furniture at the center of your home.
