After I had purchased it, I had to change the orientation of the chaise section of the sofa. He was on top of it and great at following up with me. I would highly recommend him for any furniture purchase!

I purchased a bed for my granddaughter and all the pieces didn't come in together and they said they called never did. The under dresser was broke in so many places if was horrible. Put pictures on Yelp. Then I called and told the manager we will fix it told him I didn't want to drive all the way back to Ft. Collins CO, I live in Cheyenne Wyoming and he said oh you will have to pay delivery fee told him no because it was there screw up not mine. Then I proceeded to call corporate office and they never even responded to me at all. What a poor excuse for a company never will I shop here and if anyone asks I will steer them as far away as possible.

Horatio showed me the sofa I was inquiring about and was kind enough to take some measurements for me that I had not been able to get online. He also determined what fabric number the floor sample was, as it was a fabric I really liked and wanted the number for my notes. It was a very productive visit and the service far exceeded my expectations. Thanks!!
