The Firestone & Longmont American Furniture Warehouse is conveniently located on the Southeast side of I-25 and HWY 119 (exit 240). We have two rental trucks available for do it yourself delivery, Spanish speaking associates available in all departments, Wheelchairs and electric scooters available for guests with disabilities, as well as elevator and escalator access for easy access to both floors. Our Firestone showroom has over 176,000 square feet of showroom, with convenient customer pickup entrances. We have seven pickup doors for fast and efficient pickups. We are here to help you turn your house into a home seven days a week.

Did not stand behind their warranty. Chair started pulling apart and peeling at seam after two months. Response from customer service was the chair was misused. The chair receives light usage and the side that has the defect is eight inches from the wall and nothing can run into it. Very disappointed in quality of furniture and customer service. Would not recommend.

My husband and I bought a couch with the help of Jessica VanHoesen! The customer service was absolutely top-tier in the couch is exquisite!! The delivery was on time and very thorough with helping set up the couch. The men were very nice and respectful!
The couch itself is a 10 out of 10. It is the staple piece of our home!

BUYER BEWARE!!! 5 TRIES AND $500 LATER
I HAVE A CHAIR WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE THREADING STARTED TO COME LOOSE. THERE ARE PADDING ISSUES, AS WELL. NOW IT'S WORSE SO I CALLED AGAIN THEIR WARRANTY FOR REPLACEMENT IS 1 MONTH, (MY CHAIR IS 5 MONTHS OLD) AND MY CHAIR WOULD BE IN THEIR SHOP 7-10 AND LONGER IF THEY ORDER PARTS. ABSOLUTE RIDICULOUSNESS 3 GENERATIONS OF OUR FAMILY HAVE BOUGHT FURNITURE THERE...NEVER AGAIN! I DIDN'T PAY FOR A REPAIRED CHAIR. I PAID FOR A NEW ONE. AND THEN IF THE REPAIRS AREN'T DONE LIKE NEW SMH...I'M DONE WITH AFW update: tried to call them for resolution, it was bs for this reply. They do not care! I wish they would've, it got my hopes up a lil, but nope still horrible.
