- KMKole MillerMar 10, 20261.0Avoid this place. I started my rental unit three months ago at $94 per month for a 10 x 10 unit. Out of nowhere they raised the rent to $177 per month. That is an $83 jump, which comes out to an 88 percent increase after only three months. There was no email, no clear notice in my online account, just a postcard sent through regular mail that could easily be missed or thrown away. In 2026 there is no excuse for handling rate changes this way unless the goal is to keep customers in the dark. They blamed it on market conditions and routine rate evaluations. That explanation falls apart when the advertised price for new customers is currently lower than what I originally agreed to. This looks like a bait and switch strategy where they get you signed up at one rate and then nearly double it a few months later. An 88 percent increase in three months is excessive and unacceptable. I will not support a company that does business like this.
