They recently sent me email thanking me for trusting them with the care of our trees and included an updated service contract on auto renewal for this year. I reviewed the quote from last year that I found in my email. A couple of the services on their quote indicated they would be good for two years. I was confused why these services were auto renewing from the previous year if they were good for two years. After speaking with my wife, she let me know we actually went with a different tree care company and chose not to use The Natural Way last year. Despite us deciding not to use this company and deciding to not trust them with the care of our trees, they sent me an email implying that I was on an auto renewed contract with them, and it would require me contacting them to get off the auto renewed agreement (that we never made). The follow up communications from this company were extremely deceitful, making me falsely believe we had used them to take care of our trees last year. They also lead me to believe I had agreed to automatically renewal last years services which we had done by a different company. Be careful about even getting a quote from this company as us comparing them as an option resulted in deceitful follow up communications a year later.
