- JZJay Zon1 day ago1.0I have questions! I recently got a refrigerator that was Bare bones in the top freezer compartment, no ice maker and no light goes on when freezer door opens. Do you sell lots of refrigerators stripped like this then at register ask for upgrades or add-ons?

When I called to ask if there is any in home support even if there is a fee I was told they don't support the purchase past the 90 day warrenty I would suggest buying future appliances from somewhere that can actually do the entire scope of work

- AEAshley EJan 7, 20261.0We wanted to love our refrigerator we bought from them in July and we were told by Michelle the refrigerator came with a one year warranty and was remanufactured come to find out that the refrigerator had a six month warranty and the icemaker had a 30 day warranty.Not long after our purchase, the icemaker went out so we called to get it repaired and we were informed that the icemaker was out of warranty… We ended up having to pay somebody 500+ dollars to fix it. With that being said, we will NEVER go back to them. It’s Very disappointing to spend a lot of money and then have to pay for repairs that we were originally told would be covered under warranty. My advice would be to get in writing the warranty so it’s disclosed to you,because unfortunately these people just want a quick sale.
