The entire team was fast, efficient, beyond polite and kind. Hope your management knows how hard these guys work and how great they are with customers. These men are great representatives of the business. Typically AFW stores have friendly staff but during my last visit, my in store sales representative was not friendly and gave me incorrect information about my delivery time frame. Poor staffing choice.

I've bought a sleeper sofa and dining room table from them, and not only was the pricing great but staff is super helpful and friendly, and I absolutely love my furniture! If you haven't checked them out then go down and do so, you won't be disappointed.
- EDEJ DJan 4, 20264.0After 3 visits it was found that the Initial delivery was installed incorrectly. The 2nd visit didn't catch the mistake. 3rd visit from Niko saw the slats were upside down and had to replace broken drawer in footboard. In the end all was fixed.

- SBSamantha BrockerDec 18, 20251.0I purchased a couch during Memorial Day, had it delivered the next week and then had to have it replaced a week later due to faulty electronics. Now there is a large rip on a seam that they will not repair as part of the warranty and it’s only been 6 months. The placement of the rip is in a spot that will essentially make half of the couch useless and after looking at the rip and hole, it’s due to cheap construction. The seam is in a spot where people put a lot of weight and the seam has zero support in the stitching. I’ll never buy from AFW again, this is cheap craftsmanship that they are refusing to work with me on. I’m a small person, there is no reason this should have ripped like this and caused such a big hole.
