Hello,
We ordered two identical beds from your company. Unfortunately, after the installation was completed, we discovered that one of the beds has two broken storage drawers, which are damaged and not functioning properly.
I would also like to point out that after the installation, your staff did not give me the opportunity to fully inspect the furniture, and I was not asked to sign any acceptance or completion form. As a result, the defects were noticed only after the installers had left.
Photos of the damage are attached for your reference.
Please let me know how your company plans to resolve this issue (replacement of the damaged drawers, repair, or another solution).
I look forward to your prompt response.
Absolutely disgusted with this company. I have taken some time to write a review because I was completely flabbergasted at how easy is was for them to continuously lie. The beginning of December 2025 we went into the store to pick out a new couch for our living room. Customer service at the store was good, the lady got us taken care of nicely. We went to schedule the delivery since we live 3 hours from there. I gave them the address and directions to our house because for some reason GPS puts you south of my physical address by an hour. I stressed how important it was that they recieved the directions. The lady at the front said it's no problem they will get your directions. It was even printed on the receipt she had given us. She then proceeded to give us the delivery date of December 24. My husband and I debated if we should push it out to next delivery in our area. The lady said oh no they are making deliveries on Christmas Eve, it will be a wonderful Christmas with your new couch and guaranteed it to be here on the 24th.
On the morning of the 24th I recieved a call from the delivery driver at 8:30 saying they are headed my way and will be here in about 30 minutes. Mind you our furniture was removed the day before and hauled off. 9:15 comes and I recieve another call from the driver saying "He didn't know about the directions and that the rest of his deliveries were an hour and a half south of us. He is not going to be able to make the delivery because he had to be back at the warehouse at 4:00." I called the store and low and behold you can't even talk to a manager. Christmas day we are expecting a full house of people and now the delivery driver says he's not dropping the furniture off?
The first customer service representative I talked to apologize to me about the mix up and was going to see what they could get done. I gave them several different options on leaving my house to get back to the warehouse. Mind you the driver had to come back up to I70 anyways which would have put him only 20 minutes from my house at that point. I get a phone call back saying " The driver is going to deliver but it will be his last stop of the day." Okay no problem. A couple more hours go by and I get another phone call stating "he's not going to be to you until 9:30 at night" I said "okay that's fine, I literally have no furniture in my living room" So that's the second lie that was told. They never were going to drop anything off. The driver told me himself he had to be back at the warehouse at 4:00! So another 45 minutes goes by and I get another phone call. "The furniture has now been damaged, would you still like us to deliver today and we will replace what's damaged at a later date so therefore youd have furniture in your house for your gathering?" Yes please!
I already knew at this point the furniture wasn't going to be deliver from the numerous lies management was having the customer service representatives tell me. Around 3:30, keep in mind 30 minutes before the driver had to be back at the warehouse I get another phone call explaining to me "how terribly sorry they were but the furniture is just so badly damaged that it can't be delivered" Okay, great no furniture in my house the day before Christmas. I asked if they had another couch in stock they said yes. I told them I'd be there on the 26th to pick it up. We drove up on the 26th to pick the couch up and wouldn't you know what they gave me......a half way assembled sectional that had plastic over it and covered in dust from driving on dirt roads! The same sectional that WAS indeed on the truck to be delivered and NOT damaged. Ummmm. After the lies upon lies to try to cover their own behinds. I will never do business there again. Absolutely unbelievable. Not to mention the sectional is garbage, the threads are just unrivaling on one of the pieces and again, if I want to bring it up there to get it fixed they'd do that but the technician doesn't come out here.
Never will I do business again with compulsive lairs and incompetent drivers and delivery manager.

Want to hear a joke? Customer Service at AFW! Had a recently purchased couch break. Switch went out. Called up to schedule a tech to come out and fix it. Had to set it up online. Ok, fine. Added descriptions and photos of the problem. Customer service calls to schedule. Tell them my couch needs 2 people to take apart. The assure me, the techs are more than capable to fix my couch. Ok! First tech, first visit. Can't get the couch apart. Tells me, "This needs two people! Its ok though, I don't have the part to fix it. Its the switch. They fail all the time. We have to order it. I will be back." Oh, ok! I told you I was the switch. And if they fail all the time, why not have them available? But no problem. Get the switch delivered and call them back. Tell the Customer Service Manager that the last tech couldn't get the couch apart, because it takes two people. They again tell me that this tech can do it. Tech shows up, (been 2 weeks since the couch broke) and says, "Yeah, no problem! I have worked on these before. I can get it apart!" After trying for all of five minutes, he says, "Huh. This needs two people, don't it?!" He then calls the office, takes pictures, and says they will "be in touch!" Next day, get a text to call and schedule. Call up and talk to another Customer Service Manager. Setup another visit. This time, 2 people. She tells me that it will be a delivery team. Huh? Why? I ask if they are picking it up and taking it with them to fix at the warehouse? She says, "No. All of our trucks have certified techs that can fix it on-site." Great! Third visit. Two guys show up, saying they are here to "pick up the couch." Wait?! What?! I thought you guys could fix it here?! He says, "Oh. We dont have the tools to do that. I mean, I have a drill, but thats all. Let me take a look." (I had a friend over a few days prior and he helped me pull the couch apart so they could easily get to and fix the switch) He flips the couch, rips the bottom cover off, replaces the switch, (not very well) all while talking crap about the technicians and the company being lazy and not giving the details needed. As he rod the couch open, I ask if he is going to replace that. He says, "No. I dont have a staple gun or dust covers. We will have to get a tech out to replace that for you." Um, excuse me!?! They leave and I immediately call into AFW. Get another Customer Service Manager. Ask him if I can speak to his manager, because this is the third visit and I still don't have a fixed couch. He tells me that he is a manager. Ok... so I tell him my story. When I tell you zero F's given, I mean ZERO F'S given. No techs are available. He can schedule me next week. I ask to speak to his manager. He tells me he is the manager and there us no one above him. Puts me on hold. I call from my other phone. Get a Customer Service Manager on the other line. Ask to speak to a manger. She says she is a manager. Round and round we go! Nothing neither of them can do. Hang up with the guy, and just deal with the fourth lady. She apologizes, and said there is nothing they can do. But for my inconvenience, she will "waive all fees associated with the repair!" Wait!? What fees?! Its a warranty repair!! Are you kidding me? Ask to speak to her manager. She tells me, "There are no managers that answer phone calls and they are all managers of themselves!" So now, I wait for the fourth visit, and if the repair isn't done right, I am going to the BBB. This was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had!
