  My experience with American furniture was terrific! From shopping in the store, delivery - it was all great. The delivery was booked to be on a day and time of my convenience, which was great.

  We had several issues with our dining room table order. The first time it was delivered and set up, the table came to us damaged from the warehouse, the delivery guys requested a new table to be sent to us, the second table that was brought to us the second time had the same issue, it came damaged, so the delivery guys set up another table to be delivered to us today. We got a call saying that the table was damaged by delivery driver on the way here and that we would need to reschedule, the call then got dropped, I called the customer service number and the person that I spoke to was ABSOLUTELY RUDE and said that all she could do for us is a $35 in-store credit. For an order that was $4930.54??? You want to offer me a $35 in-store credit? Is that a joke? I then asked her to speak with her manager, and she said that she was the highest person in the customer service department and that there was no one else I could talk to, I asked her again to speak with her manager, and then she hung up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous, we need to get our table and the delivery fee that we paid needs to be waived and reimbursed to us for all the issues that we have had with this.

  Not happy that we just spent thousands on a new leather sectional and we received beat up boxes. Hopefully when we get it home it's not broken. Lookes like it was dropped as the corner padding came through the box. I did report it to the loading people. And it was posted as soon as we picked it up at 5:30 Im not sure why it took so long to post. The guys loading the furniture were not to concerned with us not liking how the merchandise came out. Thankfully they do seem to be ok but just wanted to say that the wearhouse people need to take better care when loading merchandise.

  We had a hiccup with the warehouse sending out a damaged piece that was covered with plastic. I called the store and when I got a hold of a manager, he took care of everything to my satisfaction. This is my third time shopping at AFW. I will be back.

  So, I saw a bunk bed in a Christmas ad that I was interested in. I checked the website and they still had it! Yay! Kids are excited… more floor space!!! We went in and…. They don’t make it anymore, not sure why it’s still on the website. 🤔. Mmmmkay. It says “see in store” is there another location that has some? Our guy calls around. Yes! Yay! Drive across Denver. There’s one. Floor model. You take it apart. Okay. Kids still excited! Yay! But, we had some issues getting it off the floor and it was getting late… bottom line, we are getting a bed, they’re going to do us a solid- and since I had room in the car, I may have gotten the big fancy jewelry cabinet I’ve been wanting, too 😁🫣
