  This was a truly positive experience. Zach knows his hot tubs and he set us up with the perfect one. The install team is the real reason for this review. They took on the challenge of getting the hot tub up stairs to the end of my deck. They rigged a ramp and protected our deck railings with cardboard. It took all five of them to pull it up the stairs. Kudos to Dennis, Ryan, John, Angel and Devin. Devin and Angel put the finishing touches on the hot tub during a hailstorm, refusing to take a shelter break. The whole crew was always professional and kind.

  I am thrilled with my new hot tub & this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. First, pre-sales & sales experience. FYI, this is coming from the POV of an experienced, ethical, & high performing salesperson. I can sniff out BS a mile away. There was NONE. When I had my old tub, Nick was always amazing with accessories/advice. He was even willing to do water tests for for my fish tank. He always made polite time for me even though I was only going to spend $50. During those visits I would poke around for my next tub. Nick pointed me at a few a few I might like. As a fellow sales person, respected that he didn’t give me TOO much time at this point, he knew I wasn’t a serious buyer just yet, & his judgment was spot on. He also never got skeezy, he never said things like “buy now for the best deal & rates”. He respected my process. Finally, it came to buy! I checked out every tub between here & Farmington. Most of the shops were OK, with the exception of the two in town. One was horrible, & these guys sister store was pretty great. But it all comes down to what tub is best, & I was lucky that these guys had it. Now Nick gave me a ton of time. He patiently went over every feature of the few tubs that might fit my needs. He also addressed their weaknesses without being asked. One clearly stood out. Then, we scheduled a wet test where he answered more questions. Quoting on both visits & as I changed my mind about accessories was straightforward & honest. I truly believe Nick gave me his best deal right out of the gate, it was a great one! Then getting the tub to my house. Everyone else I talked to, delivery was an added cos. Most quoted me between $400-$800. One wouldn’t even tell me & was going to charge by man hours rather than flat rate. That’s where Dennis comes in. When I was decided he made a site visit (that night!). I was pretty skeptical about my pad & installing a bigger tub there. I would’ve been happy for him to hem & haw or even outright refuse to get the tub where I needed it. Instead, he took a 30 second look & said no big deal. With just his cheerful demeanor he assured me that I wasn’t going to make his team‘s life a living hell, which really mattered to me. I imagine with another person I would have worried even if they said they could do it, but Dennis just had a way of making it NBD Then it was delivery time! While scheduling, Dennis made himself totally available to me, even being willing to come out on their busiest day of the year (check out their truckload sale in spring!). I thought that was ridiculous. These guys are so great, no way was I going to make them do that. . So, on a convenient day for both of us (still a day they wouldn’t normally make deliveries) the guys show up! Dennis let me know he was on the way, which was a nice touch. It was early morning so I offered to make a pot of coffee, but was told they were being bought breakfast for working on a day off. They were conscientious with parking & when they got there, they hadn’t eaten yet, so Dennis wouldn’t let them start work until they had. I really appreciated that treatment of his people. Despite (what I think) was a tricky installation, they made quick work of it. While I generally stayed out of their hair, I did catch them being super careful not to damage my soffit when the roof line made it a little extra hard. In a couple of hours they were done. The guys were very careful to leave my deck clean. Dennis gave me his cell number & told me to call him if I had any problems while filling & powering on. I had one more question while they were getting in the truck, & Ryan walked back up to my tub to explain things. Later that day, I did have a concern. I shot Dennis a text. I knew he had other jobs & even let him know that next week would be fine. He called me back in 30 seconds. He & his team genuinely care about your happiness & the quality of work. And that’s the (very long) story of my experience with this amazing team. I’d rate top five service experiences I’ve had in my life. Thanks, gang!

  Four Corners Stoves and Spas is the very BEST at what they do! Our experience was fantastic. The sales people (Zach) were very knowledgable and really explained the highlights of the products we were considering. Thank you so much for such an easy and enjoyable experience.

  Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. Installation/delivery was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a spa or new stove, these guys will be sure to get you just what you want.

  We just purchased a hot tub and had a wonderful experience with our sales experience from Nick. The delivery crew, Pete, Devin and Dennis were super professional as well. We highly recommend Four Corners Stove and Spa if your thinking of a new hot tub !
