To use it, you need the original key and cannot get keys cut from code. When I called the number, I was prompted to enter my zip code and was informed they have no locksmiths in my area.

I called this them at 2 pm today, and PREPAID for services as is thier policy, only to have them send me a cancelation text 30 minutes later!! I had already let them know I was working out of state, and that I actually live in NM...and would be more than happy to wait as noone else was open. Cancelations should be asked about, not just thrown in your face like it was in mine today. Bad ethics, and I really hope the owner sees this and changes something 🤬 1 star bc that's as low as it goes
