The keys it spit out actually worked better than the old one on an external condo door that is quite cantankerous. This machine works better than the automatic one at lowes or the somewhat old-school one at ace. I can’t speak to the locksmith services, but the kiosk works great. A bit on the expensive side at 10.99 per key, but they did have a 2 for 1 deal. And you get what you pay for.
