  I’m only 5’3”and I’m usually not comfortable in most furniture. My new la-z-boy fits me perfectly and I love it. The entire process was great and they kept me informed along the process. They kept with the time schedule and everything worked well.

  The gentleman who deliverd my sleeper chair were professional, friendly, and hard working. They made very quick work of the heavy lifting of my delivery. They had great senses of humor. They inspected the chair upon unwrapping it. I signed for my purchase and they were on their way. The delivery confirmation and communication process was all done via text. They kept me well informed of their arrival time and I was able to meet their truck outside my apartment building. Thank you gentleman for a job well done. Warmly, Bethany C.

  Lazy boy furniture is no longer built to last. My dad had the same lazy boy recliner my whole childhood and part of my adult life (I'm 29) and it never broke, the leather stayed beautiful the whole time, and it was comfy! My husband and I bought a lazy boy couch like 4-5 years ago and both of our reclining seats are broken, the leather is all messed up in multiple places, and his charger port hasn't worked since 2 years after we bought it (right after the warranty ended of course). No we do not climb/jump on it. No we don't have pets that get on it (we have reptiles and a senior dog who cant jump on it). We have a 2 year old who cant even climb onto it yet so none of the damage is from her. Incredibly disappointing given the cost of these items.

  We bought 2 rocker recliners to replace ones i had purchased about 15 years ago. Loved them then and love them now. Service was excellent. We got them early by a few weeks... perfect! And the delivery guys were great getting them in and got them placed as we wanted. It was a great expertise from start to finish. Thank you La-Z-Boy!
