    Great experience finding new pieces for our livingroom at this location. The store has an extensive selection and Mo Delfino was so fantastic to work with over the course of a few visits. Mo was so personable and helped us find fabrics and styles we really liked, and he really went the extra mile by helping us move furniture around the store to see different configuration options and accessories. Wonderful experience and I'm still so happy with our purchases a month later. Go to Furniture Row and see Mo!!

    The sales team was helpful (Russel), knowledgeable, and not “pushy” to make a sale or lead you to make a decision. I saw many negative reviews on their location and figured it must have been a fluke or customers with an axe to grind. However, when I went to pick up the couch I purchased my perspective changed. I was informed that all I would need to do was show up (any day, no appointment necessary) hand them my paperwork and they would already have the couch wrapped and ready to load. The did not, and I actually had to show him the couch on the floor (I bought the last one) which not only wasn’t wrapped and ready but was available for all customers to sit in for another week. Not a big deal, but just slightly annoying, whatever. Things got worse once the couch was wrapped and ready to load. They only had 1 dock worker to load 3-seater couch! I have no idea how they figure these dock workers would be able to load any piece of furniture themselves outside a small chair. Fortunately my friend and I were able to help so we assisted with moving it into the van I rented. Well, the dock worker had one end and I had the other leading into the truck and the dock worker dropped his end before my friend on the ground was able to get control. Ultimately, the couch dropped and one of the central support braces cracked straight through. Since this was a floor model they were unable to provide a new replacement so I had to settle with having it repaired, which consisted of them sending someone out to drill in a 2x4 as a support brace. Not ideal, hope it ultimately works, but I feel like the entire process (outside the actual sale) left a lot to be desired and they are cutting unnecessary costs at the risk of your furniture being damaged. Major oversight which led an initial very pleasant experience (purchase) into a nightmare (loading) which resulted in me receiving a damaged couch which I paid full price for. HIRE MORE DOCK WORKERS!!! They really fumbled on the last, and most crucial detail, receiving the furniture you paid for undamaged and intact! Decent furniture, horrible back-of-office protocol. Don’t have any intentions of being back.

    Don’t get fooled by all these positive comments because the moment you pay and get out of the store, they don’t care about your purchase. We bought a set of 4 dining chairs and we paid 300$ each. For that price we expected a good quality and at least clean chairs! They lectured us about 15 minutes to get the warranty or buy their cleaning supplies! We didn’t know we were supposed to receive the chairs like this, dirty! This is really disappointing and disrespectful. We like the look of the chairs but the quality seems very poor for the price, so I don’t recommend them to anyone.
