- JJJApr 21, 20265.0Very helpful and professional in coordinating a cross country move with a storage pod, Mario helped us personally by not only showing us our unit during move-in, but also helped coordinate with the truck driver where to put our pod, which was conveniently close to our unit. Best experience as a first time mover, cannot recommend enough!
- RMRich Le MertApr 18, 20261.0Paid $255 online for 10 x 29. Manager knowingly rented me a unit that had been burglarized and damaged to the point of a possible repeat entry. No way I’d ever put any of my things in that unit. When I showed the manager, he said he saw it when he was cleaning. He also said he could “try to fanagle something up there” to keep people out. At that point , I asked for a refund. Which takes 7 days. Not good business practice. The units I saw there were not secure. If a slim fellow can hop over the storage unit walls, my valuables would not be safe there.
