The best part has been the customer service: I was able to walk into the office, meet Justin (the manager), and view my unit. When I expressed possible concern of needing more space, he showed me other units and let me know of all my options. When there's many other things to worry about during a move, it's comforting to know my belongings are in a clean, secure, and well-lit facility, with friendly customer service.
