I have used them in my primary home and just got some blinds installed in my condo. The installers are always very professional. Amun and Scott installed my blinds today, they were very punctual in fact early and are great at communicating with me as well as working with me on the design during the install process. They are very informative and I trust that they know what they're doing. Dana has been my designer that I've been working with as well for the past couple years and she is always very accommodating, explains everything very well and is also very understanding of my needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone! Very high quality blinds with great customer service!
