Their quality control needs some serious work. I ordered a set of the Beam modular bookcases. Every unit I received had an issue with the finish or had a chip/dent/scratch. I waited two weeks over the holidays for them to be replaced. Every replacement unit had an issue! Customer service only offered a very small amount of compensation compared to what I paid. I had no desire to wait another two weeks for more damaged replacement units.

We went to 4 other furniture stores and we only found one other couch we liked there. But what the difference was to us was the support of Kate and Room & Board.
