  I recently had the most incredible experience working with Benoît Bonaventure, the store manager at Roche Bobois Denver. We encountered an issue with an order—an issue that was not the fault of Roche Bobois—but Benoît went above and beyond in resolving it. He replaced the product even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so. In a time when exceptional customer service feels increasingly rare, Benoît’s commitment to taking care of his customers truly stands out. His professionalism, integrity, and generosity exceeded every expectation. I bought my first Roche Bobois piece back in 1987 and have always loved the design. But the level of after-sale service that Benoît provided is genuinely second to none. I am so grateful for how he treated us and could not be happier with the experience. Benoît is an exceptional representative of the brand, and I highly recommend him and the Denver store.

  Buyer beware! I purchased a sofa in July. I had to sign an agreement that said that I would have to pay half the purchase price for cancellation. You have to sign it. The reason given because they don’t want to be left with a special order that is made out of the country and then shipped. The sofa I ordered was in stock, no special order color or fabric and in the US. Delivery was never set up. I requested a refund and they are holding firm on the written paper. I did sign it, but the reason it was put in place was not relevant. I am disappointed in the money grab. Roche Bobois should have done the right thing. Instead, they show their greed.

  What a journey it’s been with how delayed our furniture was, we worked a lady named a Molly who helped us find our pieces, then after six months we decided to circle back up on our order and she was fired. Which left us wondering who would be helping us… We are still waiting on a rug that we ordered back in June. With the amount of money we spent, I’m so disappointed on the service. If you are not in a rush and feel like spending $$ while trying to track down your own furniture after 6-9 months go by then this is place for you. The Show Room manager Benoit was not helpful. Another gem in Cherry Creek.

  You get it when you get it. Molly tried but since it's a third party delivery service it comes whenever they feel like it. I placed my order and payment on July 31 and expected for my couch to arrive on 10/1 but they just confirmed it will probably arrive on 10/8. This furniture is too expensive for this terrible service. It's not the fault of the store but why buy furniture here when every other manufacturer will get it there on time. Very disappointed that I need to have an interm couch or sit on the floor.
