    As an interior designer, I’ve frequented many furniture galleries in Cherry Creek. CB2, Arhaus, West Elm, and others have a great selection & wonderful staff. RH in Cherry Creek is an outlier. Their staff are incredibly rude & pretentious. In 2021, I was browsing here with clients for about 10 minutes, and a staff member asked us to leave. Why? “The store isn’t for looking, it’s for buying.” I have refused to recommend RH furnishings to any of my clients ever since & will never return to the RH in Cherry Creek.

    My husband and I recently renovated a home we purchased. We have had the best experience with RH Denver. The staff are all super helpful. We bought several pieces of furniture and drapery through RH. The in stock items arrived in under 2 weeks! One of the pieces just didn’t work in our home and we were refunded , no questions asked, the return process was simple. RH came and picked it up all free of charge. It’s so nice to have a good experience when shopping for furniture, we really appreciated the promptness, value and quality.
