- AHAustin HarleyJan 12, 20261.0As an interior designer, I’ve frequented many furniture galleries in Cherry Creek. CB2, Arhaus, West Elm, and others have a great selection & wonderful staff. RH in Cherry Creek is an outlier. Their staff are incredibly rude & pretentious. In 2021, I was browsing here with clients for about 10 minutes, and a staff member asked us to leave. Why? “The store isn’t for looking, it’s for buying.” I have refused to recommend RH furnishings to any of my clients ever since & will never return to the RH in Cherry Creek.

We bought several pieces of furniture and drapery through RH. The in stock items arrived in under 2 weeks! One of the pieces just didn’t work in our home and we were refunded , no questions asked, the return process was simple. RH came and picked it up all free of charge. It’s so nice to have a good experience when shopping for furniture, we really appreciated the promptness, value and quality.
