- LHLka HiJan 5, 20261.0Don’t come here the people are rude and treat you like shit listen If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first experience, and it was absolutely terrible. The manager, Alex, was polite, but it took far too long for him to come to customer service, which only added to the frustration. The older man at customer service with short white hair (I didn’t get his name) was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly accused us of lying about having $200 in store credit and even claimed he had already given us the credit on a return card — which was not true. We were never given any store credit. All we received was the receipt and our ID back. No card. No credit. Nothing. Instead of helping, he argued with us and talked over us. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I left feeling angry, disrespected, and extremely frustrated. I will not be returning.
