I would highly recommend checking this place out! The location is central to so many areas, in a great neighborhood and has units for anything you at storing. They also have outdoor vehicle storage as well! Last but not least an amazing perk is you also have use of a 16 foot box truck to rent! $50 covers the rental fee, insurance, and 50 travel miles. If you use it to move into your unit the first time it’s free and you only pay $19 for insurance! YOU LITERALLY CAN NOT FIND A BETTER TRUCK DEAL ANYWHERE IN DENVER!!! Thank you Victor and Gordon for answering all my questions and taking your time to show me multiple units! I really appreciate it! Very happy to be here!🙌🏼

A woman arrived with a pair of young black men that she'd apparently hired to help move her stuff into her unit. She was inside, they were outside waiting to come in. The manager went out and started shouting at them that they couldn't come in, accused them of being there to steal stuff and even threatened to "get his guns." This overt racism was scary to see, and his ongoing ranting about having guns on hand to defend the property ensured that if I ever need storage, I won't be using this place.

Then next month had an increase amount. I hope it doesn't go up anymore. Or I will be moving again. Same reason I left uhaul.

The staff has always been kind and friendly making you feel welcome, especially when you purchase your new unit. I was confused on a couple policies and Victor took his time to explain them thoroughly to me so that I would have a better understanding. I really appreciated all of his time that he put into making me have a great move-in experience. These units are quite affordable and I love their auto pay options. I would definitely recommend. Thank you, Victor for all of your hard work.
