- NNNickDec 6, 20255.0Mile Hi has been taking care of our HOA system for several years now. They automated our whole system 3 summers ago, which has been saving us $10,000+ each year by reducing the labor cost for manual irrigation. They also handle my home and really are the best in the business.

We had a meeting before the service and he asked us to install blow out valves, we did and he didn’t even use them. He told us to put a blowout valve on our commercial operation pump, then didn’t bring the right size to blow the pump out the pump, only the mainline and laterals.even though blowing out the pump was included I. The price. I have to hire selling else to do that. On top of that the owner refused to open a valve when charging the line and blew up my mainline valve from one section of our property to the other. It cost me a lot of money. It was busy season we were scrambling with the sea tower and a soiled remediation project, and I wanted to discuss the price with him and the damages, but he charged a fifty dollar late fee, after a week of not paying. I paid it because ld rather pay then have to deal with him again. It’s not worth the money. It was worth the 840.00 not to talk to someone so disrespectful, and absolutely un reliable.
