With an old kitchen serving 500 meals a day, things are bound to break down. Maintenance Chef has been there not only to repair my equipment but also to preform my routine maintenance. The repair man always gives me detailed information on what is wrong and my repair options and costs. This company has always been honest and up front with me. I would recommend this company to any business big or small.

When equipment critical to our operation was failing they laid out different price points and options to solve the issue. Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite, and work to get the job done ahead of time and under their original estimate when possible. Even when some of their other clients are huge businesses with chains and franchises throughout the metro area they seem to take an extra step in caring for the well being of their work done with small mom-and pop business like mine. After their work was done, they came out again to make sure everything was functioning properly. With their wide array of skills and knowledge I would recommend using them for minor and major issues in any restaurant.
