They brought it a week ago but the legs didn’t fit and the pattern was off set, the lines did not match from the seat to the leg rest. I refused it and the delivery guys said they couldn’t leave it without legs. They said I would get a call that day, last Monday, from the store. No one called. I called on Tuesday, man said I would get a call after they discussed what needed to be done. No call. I called again on Thursday, the lady said the salesman and manager were off until Saturday and she could not give me any information. This is very poor customer service. I doubt I will get a call back today. It shouldn’t be this hard for a chair that costs $2,000.
