I replaced the battery and it began working again. July 15th it wasn't working again. I called July 16th to be told that a technician would call me about replacing or reprogramming my key. Heard nothing. Called again today, July 17th to be told a manager would call me back within a few minutes. It has been two and a half hours since that call. I feel as if I'm being dodged after spending a ridiculous amount of money on a key that stopped working within a MONTH. I will never go back to KeyMe Locksmiths Update: After calling for the 3rd time after 4 hours of no one calling me back, I was told that both my phone number AND the address of my original service were recorded wrong in their database. Still waiting for any type of resolution at this point.
