    Tom was fantastic and very helpful! Great customer service! Helped me with a trouble with my Hot Springs Spa and now I’m back to 100% thanks to his help and team! Didn’t know they had chemicals, lots of parts and filters in stock as well! Great experience!

    I used this company to purchase a replacement hot tub cover, and the experience was far more frustrating than it should have been. From my first email to final installation, the process took 121 days. The cover itself cost $1,000, which I was prepared for. What I was not prepared for was being surprised with a $200 installation charge at the end. Communication was exhausting. I exchanged 26 emails with Walter Bertini, made approximately six phone calls to the office, and spent hours on hold trying to get updates. The level of effort required on my part to simply get a status update was unreasonable. On the day of installation, four people arrived at my house to install eight screws — something I would have happily done myself had the cover come with basic instructions. After waiting four months, that felt especially unnecessary. The office staff was consistently rude, and overall the company feels outdated in both its operations and customer service approach. The large sign on I-25 tells you everything you need to know — it reflects a business that hasn’t evolved with the times. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

    Bought my second hot tub (moved- sadly had to leave my old hot tub there !) from international hot tub. Matt Armstrong is so friendly and will go the extra mile for you. My hot tub is great and I got the right specifications for my house and I love that it’s a local company with neighborly feel Highly recommend them !
