  Tons of furniture and rugs to choose from at competitive prices. No pressure sales reps, Ash just checked in on me a few times and provided helpful information. I’d definitely recommend Furniture Row.

  While Amanda (my salesperson) was good, the woman working a couple of workstations down from her is most likely a "Karen". I found out upon leaving the store, after spending $5500 total in two transactions, that Amanda's coworker was speaking disrespectfully to my wife and daughter while my wife was using the massage chair. While I was not within earshot and was busy (in a transaction) spending thousands of dollars at this store I saw the woman talking to my family and whatever she said resulted in her rolling her eyes when she turned back in my direction. I later found out that she was telling my wife that there was a certain massage chair my daughter was not allowed to sit in and at the time my daughter was at least 5 feet away from the chair with no intention of sitting in it. Although, I respect the fact that she was getting a message across about safety, the manner and tone in which she did it was not acceptable and the petty eye roll was totally disrespectful. They are lucky I was not aware of the situation or I would have taken all of my money somewhere else. How you say something to someone is just as important as the message. You would think a middle aged woman would know that. I will never shop here again.

  Wow! Such a great collection of furniture. Amanda worked with us, and not only was she knowledgeable about the furniture, but she took us to areas where we could explore the couches, left us alone, and somehow just reappeared right when we needed her. She was a delight to work with.

  Great experience. Calm environment. Izel was delightful! She answered all my questions, showed me many different couches in the style I liked. She let me wander around but was available when I needed her. I so appreciate her easy going demeanor. She made this shopping trip a great experience! I found a couch I love and purchased it. Thank you Izel!

  I bought a Natuzzi recliner sofa there. Less than 2 years later the cushions do not properly support when seated. They refuse to honor the 2 year warranty on the cushions.
