I’ve never actually used a storage space before but I gotta say, from the call to their headquarters, to dealing with all of the staff here (Allison, Ethan, Omar) everyone was beyond my expectations of kind, courteous, genuine, and professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future and appreciate everyone for taking care of me. Oh also, it was only $30 for this unit for the first month, so definitely a great value
