- HOHenry OffmanDec 10, 20251.0Just don't! They doubled my rate after a few months. What a scam. They claimed they sent a postcard with the rate change but never did, why not a phone call or email or app notification!? They will take advantage of you knowing it's a huge pain to move everything out.
- DSDanielle ShererDec 1, 20251.0The "cheap" rate is short lived. They're also using the algorithm to jack up prices, even though it's illegal now in Denver for rentals it's fine for a storage space. So your monthly charge will double. They told us if we moved out early it would be prorated. Failed to mention that you have to tell them before your next payment is due, so if you've paid for the month and leave early you get zero money back even though they're going to rent it out for the remainder of what your lease was for. There were frequently homeless people using the back entrance as a bathroom. Everything outside that door smelled like human waste. Go literally anywhere else. EDITED TO ADD: I already spoke to them on the phone this afternoon before I wrote this review. I'm guessing I'm not the only one they've screwed over. This was the 3rd time they only provided half the information so that we ended up out a ton of money. The owner is trash and I will be contacting corporate.
