I'll tell you how it will go. You will sign up at a "discount" rate, which is the only rate you can get. 3 months later they send you a Rate Change Notice that will more than double your current fee. Then you will call and ask "What just happened?" and they will point to the small print saying they can do this at any time, then say they will take $20 off moving forward. Then 6 months later you will receive another Rate Change Notice...again doubling your current fee. So now in less than a year your rate will have TRIPLED. It's not even about the money, its the principle and the fact they are taking advantage of people. Find some place else, trust me!

I’ve had to stop by there a few times since then it is now the beginning of February 2026 and I have been refused to use the bathroom every time that I have tried. I am now convinced that the person on duty there has been lying to me about it being unusable this entire time. at the end of my six month time there I know they will try to double my rate. I know this because that’s what they did the last time I used one of their facilities that will make it $160 a month for a 5 x 10 storage unit at which time I will be forced to find another one. Hopefully whoever is working, there will not lie about the restroom being broken and maybe I can even talk to them into a fixed rate and I won’t have to hop from facility to facility because of their ridiculous bait and switch tactics.
