Before arriving on my move in date, I called the office three or four times to ask basic questions and confirm expectations. Each call was rejected. When I walked in, the employee said, “oh, you’re the one that keeps calling me” with clear irritation. She had a friend inside the office who she gave more attention to than her actual job. Her attitude was unprofessional and she offered zero customer service or courtesy. When I went to access the property, the gate was stuck open on one side, which was very concerning for my first visit. I wondered if this was normal. When I reached my unit, it was not clean. There was dirt, debris, leaves, and cobwebs throughout the entire space. My daughters and I had to spend forty five minutes to an hour cleaning the unit before we could even move anything inside. Now today, Thursday, November 20, only two days after moving in, I received a call that my unit was broken into. This has been the worst experience I could imagine with a storage company. I need answers right away. What happened, how this will be resolved, and what steps you are taking to address the employee behavior, the lack of security, the open gate, and the condition of the unit? I expect a prompt response.

We were victims of their extreme bad faith and theft. They sold all of our belongings that we had stored with them, just for a small delay in payment amounting to $1000. They sold our things worth over $20,000 and they wanted us to pay them the remaining $1000 that we owed them, but we refused because in other storage facilities when you have a late payment, they only increase the interest on the money you owe them. I advised more than 5 people I know who are in business and wanted to store some of their things there; I told them never, ever to go there because they are not kind, nor understanding, nor honest, but they are thieves who sell people's important belongings on a whim, and I advise people to go to other storage facilities but never to theirs. A bunch of dishonest people and thieves.
