  Jessica and Genesis at Extra Space Storage were absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about customer service and take pride in keeping the property clean, organized, and secure. It’s rare to find a team this attentive and efficient. If you need storage, ask for Jessica and Genesis — they’ll take great care of you. Highly recommend!

  After being here for a year I can say this place is very well maintained and the customer service is awesome, Jessica has always helped and I feel that she keeps this place running smooth.

  I was overpaying by approximately $150 per month for a 5x10 storage unit, paying $190 monthly. During my time renting, my rate was increased twice without proper notification. I did not receive any mailed notice regarding these increases. When I asked the onsite manager why my rate had gone up, she stated that a notice had been mailed. This was incorrect. At the time, I had already informed the facility that I no longer lived at the address on file and requested that my address be updated. Although my brother still lived at that address and would have informed me of any mail received, no such notice was ever sent. I later completed the required signed paperwork to update my address as instructed by the facility. Despite this, my rate was increased again without any mailed notice. When I questioned this increase, I was once again told that a letter had been sent. I later discovered that my address had never been updated in their system, despite assurances that it had been. In addition to these issues, the manager’s demeanor has consistently been unprofessional and unpleasant. She is often rude and dismissive when customers ask basic questions. The facility staff also asked intrusive questions about what I was storing in my unit, which I found inappropriate and unusual, as I have used storage facilities in multiple states and have never encountered this practice before. There was also an incident in which I was only five days late on a payment. I called and paid promptly, yet my unit was locked without any courtesy reminder or notice. When I returned approximately a week after payment, the facility’s lock was still on my unit, and my personal lock now functions improperly, likely due to their handling of it. While the facility itself is acceptable, the management is not. The younger staff member is polite and helpful; however, the primary manager’s behavior, failure to properly handle paperwork, and lack of transparency regarding rate increases made my experience increasingly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this facility to others due to these ongoing management issues and lack of professional conduct.
