They made it look like new, especially the stairs that had seen quite a bit of foot traffic from our dogs’ muddy paws. They were on time, professional, and the whole service was no more than an hour. - KGKelly GriffithsDec 20, 20252.0Paul arrived on time. I was surprised by the high cost for two hours of work. There were five bedrooms with cleaning required for the walkways only. We had some stains which looked better at first but once the carpet dried the carpet has blotches all over. Very disappointed. When I called to scheduled I was told I would only be charged for the square footage cleaned. When Paul measured I asked why there was so much sq feet when I only needed the walkways. He said he’d adjust it because he had added a closet. When I saw the receipt I was charged 100 sq feet per room even when 100 sq feet wasn’t cleaned. Then a charge of $125 for carpet protector. I was not asked if I wanted this add on.
