  Jerome was great! Told him exactly what I was looking for, he brought to my attention two other options, which I politely declined, and we headed over to a desk and began to fill out the invoice and selected a delivery date. Then we quickly reviewed for accuracy, I paid the invoice and was on my way to my car. Highly recommend Jerome and Denver Mattress. He is a true professional that knows his products and listens to his customers. Thanks Jerome!

  I visited this store to purchase a mattress for temporary use and was hoping to receive guidance to find an affordable and suitable option. Unfortunately, instead of being assisted based on my needs, I felt rushed and pressured to purchase a more expensive mattress, despite clearly explaining that it was only for short-term use. I understand sales recommendations, but I was expecting helpful and customer-focused service rather than pressure to upsell. This experience was disappointing, and I hope this feedback helps improve customer interactions in the future.

  We just switched from a queen to a king mattress and Ian was so helpful! Ian was very knowledgeable about the mattresses they had and selected several for us to try based on what we said we were looking for. We had planned on going to a few different mattress stores but this ended up being our first and only stop. The process was super simple and we did not feel rushed or pressed at all. Great overall customer service.

  It's always easy to shop at Denver Mattress! I've been coming here for 20 years.They have a great variety of mattresses to choose from and the sales associates are very helpful in directing you as soon as you walk in. They also stand behind all of their products, so you dont have to second guess what you're getting. Jerome helped us find another winner today. This is the only place to go if you're in the market for a new bed!

  I worked with Ian at Denver Mattress located on 57th and broadway and let me tell you how AMAZING my experience was…. My mom, son, and myself walked in looking for a Queen size mattress for my son. We tried out a few different mattresses and pillows along the way and finally made a decision. Here’s where the most important part came into play….We checked out and Ian provided me the available delivery dates for the mattress which did not work for me. He asked me when I needed the mattress by and I replied with “tomorrow.” He said “let me check some things” he clicked around on his computer and said “If you really need this mattress by tomorrow I will delivery it personally myself.” Ian didn’t know how much of a blessing he had just become for me and my family. I was literally wrapping up moving in the same night we walked into the store looking for a mattress. Now let me tell you why this level of customer service was so important. It’s rare nowadays. Humanity and customer service has gone completely out of the window and people are just self centered and careless. How many people will go out of their way especially in a professional setting like his to do anything for you??? Ian provided both humanity and customer service for us that night and my words can’t express how much gratitude i have for him! Thank you Ian. I hope this review helps you with a raise or promotion! You’re extraordinary!! 💜
