It seems that they dont understand the word 'no', and want to try to impress with their jargon about furniture. Found better grade furniture at a competitor. However, did stop at the shop off Evans, the salesman Sal was pleasant and helpful.

They also had it in stock at their warehouse location so we popped over there instead of waiting for it on order. Box wouldn’t fit in the CRV so they pulled it out for us and it fit with the pieces loose in the back. Super quick, super helpful, and was a great deal.
