A lot of the dumbbells are beat up, and some are pretty low quality. I saw an ad for dumbbells at Alpine Outlets for $1/pound. I was in the area, so I checked them out, wondering what the catch was. There was no catch. These are brand new dumbbells, still in the box. I had brought one of my dumbbells from home to compare, one I had bought at the Fort Carson Exchange for $1.50/pound, and the Alpine Outlet ones were identical. To top it off, Eli, who helped me, was great. He is a former Marine, and he was super helpful. They give a military discount, which is icing on the cake. I took a walk through the warehouse, and they have a wide variety of goods at very good prices. Good quality, great prices, and outstanding service. What more can you ask for?
