  [EDIT] The owner's response is just as dishonest as the rest of the experience. I have every email to prove it. This is exactly why I asked Robert to communicate in writing Bought a media cabinet and coffee table during their "clearance sale" in December. Was told items were in stock with 1-2 week delivery. Seven weeks later, still no furniture. Turns out the "clearance" cabinet was actually backordered on a container ship overseas. Their own invoice showed the items as B/O at time of sale. When I asked for a fair resolution, the owner: * Repeatedly ignored my requests to communicate via email * Hid behind Terms and Conditions, then contradicted them by threatening to cancel my order * Gave me four different delivery timelines, none of which held * Blamed BDI, the shipping company, and the weather * Offered me a net $50 discount and called it "reasonable and fair" * Gave me 33 minutes via email to accept an offer or he'd cancel The moment I asked him to commit to an actual delivery date with accountability, he cancelled the order and refunded my deposit. Robert held $2,000 hostage for seven weeks for a cabinet that was never coming. Save yourself the headache.

  After a couple of months of intense research, we happened upon Element Home in our search for a new sectional sofa. Julie assisted us and showed us many options. We landed on an American Leather product and just received it after about six weeks, as it was made to order. It is amazing! It fits our space perfectly, is extremely well made with high quality materials and looks so handsome in our space. Julie was extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the entire design process of the semi custom sofa sectional. She was also very patient with us as we considered several options. The owner, Robert, was also extremely friendly and even brought homemade baked treats during the holidays. I highly recommend stopping in for any home furnishing needs. They have beautiful art, furniture, accessories and more. There are several customizable options as well. They will treat you so well and why wouldn’t you want to support a locally owned business who excels at their work?! BIG thanks to Julie and Robert at Element Home!
