  This was our first time purchasing a mattress so naturally we had no idea how to go about it. Grant was very helpful and I really appreciated how he listened to our initial needs and directed us to the best options straight away. With grant’s help, we were in and out in no time at all!

  We were helped by Ian and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped my partner and I find the perfect bed for the both of us. We ended up getting the pillows and sheets he recommended as well and couldn't be happier. For the quality we got the price point felt great too.

  Grant was very helpful in the purchase process! 5/5 for buying experience. Calling in to make an adjustment to my order before delivery was easy too. I will update when the mattress is delivered. Edit (4/10/26): My delivery was today and they didn't bring the $380 box spring required for the mattress to be under warranty. I was told by the delivery team that "they don't deliver box springs, it will come in the mail" but when I called the store they said it was in stock and supposed to be delivered and simply somehow got left off of my delivery today. This is pretty disappointing after rearranging my work schedule and waiting two weeks after purchase to have it delivered for $99. I've been told the warranty isn't voided (right now. It's only been a day after all and I won't be using the mattress until this is fixed), so that kept this from being a two star review. I've changed my review to three stars for now and am hoping to be able to bring it back up to four or five if this gets resolved. Final Edit (4/12/26): Denver Mattress Co delivered the missing part today, and I'm very satisfied in how efficiently they corrected the error. I'm happy to consider this a 5/5 experience. Human error happens, and they handled it swiftly and professionally. :)
