  Gentlemen are always there to help me and they even walked heavy rugs out to my car for me. I didn’t even have to ask just wonderful wonderful people work here. I wasn’t happy with the kitchen table selection. The pedestals are just a little too out of this world or something for me I like a little traditional look. Is there any way you could possibly get some more traditional tables into your store? Thank you so much. I have pretty much furnished my entire house with your stuff and I don’t wanna stop now that I want to redo my kitchen lol have a good weekend. Take care.

  Jamie was absolutely wonderful! He spent at least 2 hours with me helping me find just what would make me happy. Very knowledgeable about all the furniture snd rugs too.

  I’m so disappointed. We had a great experience getting a couch and when they discontinued the couch we were still under our warranty. Well we asked them to fix it and they told us there was nothing to do. So we were like.. so we just have to have a broken couch? And they basically tried to go through this process of getting us an exchange. Well they get to our door and literally cancel the exchange at our front door cuz we had cat scratches. We literally sent them a picture of the couch with the cat scratches in view and they approved it but then they get to our door and decide not to help us. It’s not our fault yall discontinued the couch and can’t fix it despite it still being under warranty. Also the woman who cancelled the exchange had the most disgusting attitude and tone with me and my husband. Not okay. I would’ve loved to continue going to yall but that woman on the phone completely ruined it.

  Great staff! They helped us and then let us look. We bought a dining room set ( table and 4 chairs). Piro demonstrated how to fold in the leaf of the solid wood table that I almost feel we stole it was so cheap($899). I wasn’t expecting that from a Furniture Row store. I was pleasantly surprised.

  Jaime is amazing. Not only was he awesome when he sold my wife and I our living room set but he fixed our chair while it was still in the back of the truck. This is probably the best customer service I've ever had. Id give him 10 stars if I could!!
