  I had an amazing experience at Denver Mattress, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Robert Gallegos for making the whole process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect mattress—not just making a sale. Robert took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and broke everything down in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he knows his stuff and truly cares about his customers getting the best sleep possible. The mattress I ended up with is exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. If you’re going to Denver Mattress, definitely ask for Robert Gallegos—he’ll take great care of you. Top-tier service all the way around!

  I visited the Furniture Row showroom and was left alone to explore the mattresses before Keith approached to ask if I had any questions. It was a low-pressure approach and he guided me through the different options — I had my heart set on a Purple mattress and he explained the differences in the range as well as what made them different from other brands, so I felt comfortable with my decision without feeling like I was pressured into buying a particular model or brand — this is an important purchase as I’ll spend 1/3 of the next 10+ years laying on this thing! Keith helped me with accessories and found some discounts and overall was a pleasure to work with. Denver Mattress gets high marks from Consumer Reports and I can see why!

  If buying a mattress usually feels like getting talked into a timeshare you didn’t want… Phil flips that script completely. Aimee and I walked into Denver Mattress expecting the usual sales pressure, but instead we got Phil—Assistant Manager, professional listener, and quite possibly the smoothest closer this side of Wall Street. The man could sell ice to an Eskimo, but here’s the kicker… he doesn’t have to. He actually listens. We told him what we were looking for, what we didn’t want, and where we needed to land budget-wise—and he dialed it in like a craftsman. No pressure, no gimmicks, no awkward hovering. Just real conversation, real knowledge, and a guy who clearly knows his stuff. By the end of it, we walked out with a great mattress, a great deal, and zero buyer’s remorse… which might be the rarest combo in retail history. If you’re in the market, go see Phil St. Germain. Just be careful… you might walk in for a mattress and leave wondering if he could’ve sold you beachfront property in Nebraska too. 10/10 experience. Appreciate you, Phil. 👊

  I had a great experience working with Keith to find the right mattress. He is very friendly & knowledgeable about all the products & what it takes to find the right fit for your sleep style to get good sleep. I felt like I had all I needed to make an informed decision & picked out a mattress that I’m sure will serve me well. If not, they have a really great trial period & guarantee. I am already planning on returning for another purchase.

  From the moment I walked in the door Phil put me to sleep. No, seriously. He wanted me to go around to the different mattresses I was interested in and he insisted I lay down and really feel what each mattress felt like. Phil was delightful. He was there every step of the way in my purchase, and not in an intrusive way. In fact, he was very helpful in me making my decision. His knowledge of the store and its products is evident and this helps build trust with the customer. He made the whole mundane experience of purchasing a mattress extremely pleasant. The store itself is very nicely laid out... and huge! I don't think that any furniture store I've ever been to has such a generous trial period for their mattresses. That was a bonus. Plus, the prices are darned good, too. So, if you're in the market for a mattress or something else at Denver Mattress, don't hesitate to visit this store. They have great people there to help you. Just ask for Phil.
