She gave us time to look around and sit on the furniture without being pushy. Found a living room set that we really liked and are so excited. As we had looked other places for something that we liked and did not find anything. Would definitely recommend La-Z-Boy if you’re looking for furniture.

I didn't make a purchase on my first visit as I was moving and needed to measure my new space first. In that time, La-Z-Boy started running a great sale, and Will called me to let me know... but again in a very no pressure, just letting you know, way. I returned to the store and made my purchase. My sofa was finished and ready for delivery 2 weeks earlier than the start range of delivery that I was initially given. Delivery was fast, easy, no fuss. They were on time and had my sofa moved in and set up within 15 minutes. My ONLY complaint, is the strong chemical odor that the sofa gave off for a solid month after delivery. Based on a lot of research, I'm not sure that's avoidable, unless you spend 3 times the amount. Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my purchase, and the service received. I purchased the Apollo power reclining sofa. It's beautiful, on the firmer side, but still very comfy.

Then twice they didn't have the chair/fabric and I wound up driving back and forth picking something new. Then they tried to overcharge me $600 on the third/final visit! This all began on Black Friday so they were supposed to honor that price but after I called around they were over charging me $299 PER CHAIR!!Meanwhile we've lost 3 weeks of production!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! No wonder their reviews are "2" stars!!! The manager Taylor is of no help either and has an "I don't care" attitude & would highly benefit from some management training! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
