I had the extreme lucky experience to have Toni Marin as my sales repersenative. An atypical issue came up with my order that was unexpected. She was so helpful to provide me with a few options to solve my problem. My problem was not her problem and I felt she went out of her way to find a solution that would work for me. The customer service and her customer service at this store is exceptational. If you are looking to purchase furniture, I would absolutly come to this store and if you are lucky, ask for Toni to help you. Thank you Toni very much!

Working with the La-Z-Boy sales and design team was terrific. The designer really paid attention to our existing style and the pieces we wanted to repurpose. She was prepared with several options which fit us to a “t”. The result will be a refreshed family room space incorporating new plus existing pieces. The layout and design utilizes the space more effectively resulting in a feeling of a larger space, while doubling the available seating. We are very happy and highly recommend Toni and Davia at La-z-Boy Centennial.

At the Countyline La-Z-Boy location I found a beautiful all wood Kincaid end table in the clearance area. It was a nice color, in excellent condition and had everything I wanted at about 60% off the regular price. It’s roomer than the previous one I had and it has a covered area to plug in cell phone. The 2 salesmen I worked with were very nice and helpful. And they loaded it up in my car to take home the same day!

My salesman was very professional and was very easy to work with. No problems there, at all. The only place I had a real problem was with the wording on the contract. There's a line that says "Customer has declined all protection plans." Then, several lines down, it says "Customer has been explained the benefits of ServCo and is DECLINING THE WARRANTY. (My caps.) I pointed out that I do want the basic (5yr) warranty that comes with any chair, just not the protection plan. Shouldn't that last part say 'decline the protection plan'? Actually, I almost pulled out of the sale because of this but Greg, my salesman, convinced me that the the basic warranty was still there. How about a rewrite folks!?!?!

We ordered our custom sectional sofa at the end of November. After 8 weeks, we received a notification that it was ready. We paid the balance and scheduled delivery. When the delivery drivers arrived, they asked if one piece was supposed to be a different fabric (they were thinking we already owned another sofa that we ordered an additional piece for—this was not the case). We refused delivery and tried contacting our sales person. After leaving a message and not hearing back, I called again and the store manager, Taylor, answered and explained the mistake was made at the factory. He said it would take another 6-8 weeks to get the piece made in the correct fabric. I asked about a rush or a refund on our purchase so we could find something else that won’t take another 8 weeks to arrive. He said he would request a rush, but couldn’t guarantee it. He also stated that we could not cancel and receive a refund since it is a custom order. He promised to refund our delivery fee and see what other compensation he could give us. He ended the conversation stating he would look into a rush order and compensation and we would “talk soon”. That conversation took place two weeks ago. To date, I have heard nothing from the store. I have not received any sort of refund. I have tried to contact the sales person and the store manager and when I have called, they are either “not available” or “not in today”. I would have loved for this review to be positive. I understand mistakes happen; that isn’t the biggest issue in this situation. The complete lack of communication from the store is unacceptable. Unfortunately, given the experience with this order, which is our first experience with La-Z-Boy, I can’t recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone, particularly the Park Meadows/Centennial location. I feel ignored and stuck; just waiting for our sofa to hopefully arrive someday. Preferably the way we ordered it—with all matching pieces. We regret not ordering a similar sectional that we considered from Furniture Row. It was similar quality, half the price, and from experience ordering from them in the past, I have confidence that they would, at the very least, communicate with us if there were any issues.
