  I come here a lot, I love to walk around and see the items that are currently here at the store. I can walk around and look at everything for hours. I came in tonight at 6:30 PM and they close at 7 PM. At about 6:45 PM the gentleman working turned off some lights switches. I don’t know how turning off a few lights really saves any time to close, it doesn’t, and it obviously gave me the impression that I needed to leave. I would’ve stayed until 7, but I got the hint and left. Before this review I happened to read some of the other recent reviews and was quite surprised that many people are commenting on the lack of customer service. I am greatly surprised because RH usually has such high standards. Hopefully this will be addressed and remedied soon.

  Manager here is very standoffish and rude and she teaches the other employees to be the same like David! The only decent person with customer service here is Andrea and a young fellow that mainly helps with unloading. I’d rather drive an hour and go to the other location versus dealing with attitude and bad customer service. Reading the reviews here it seem like I am not the only one that has concerns about the bad customer service. The manager needs to be FIRED ASAP

  Dave was super friendly and welcoming when my husband and I walked in. Unfortunately, the woman at the center desk was extremely rude and even insulting. We were ready to buy a couch, but ended up leaving immediately after our interaction with her. Certainly not the kind of experience you’d expect from someone working at RH.
