- NEN EDec 9, 20251.0Manager here is very standoffish and rude and she teaches the other employees to be the same like David! The only decent person with customer service here is Andrea and a young fellow that mainly helps with unloading. I’d rather drive an hour and go to the other location versus dealing with attitude and bad customer service. Reading the reviews here it seem like I am not the only one that has concerns about the bad customer service. The manager needs to be FIRED ASAP

We were ready to buy a couch, but ended up leaving immediately after our interaction with her. Certainly not the kind of experience you’d expect from someone working at RH.
