APPLIANCE BUYER BEWARE: Do not buy any appliances from this location. I just purchased a brand new Maytag washer and dryer and within a day of delivery, the washer was leaking from the drum and the dryer had a failing circuit board. They only offer a 48 hour return window before defaulting to manufacturer warranty. Luckily both failed within that window, so I was able to get a full refund and return on two somehow defective units. Let me be clear, Luke and any other associate I've talked to have been amazing, but the quality of the products that Lowes sells are not worthy of the same praise. It's also clear from other reviews that this store has a serious quality control issue with other appliances. I do not recommend any appliances from this location.

We had some Lowe's cash to redeem from earlier purchases we had made. I had no idea how to do so when Jeff to the rescue! He rang us up at the pro center and then explained how to use the balance we had acquired. He also suggested downloading the app which made it much easier to track and pay. Thanks Jeff!

Rented a carpet cleaner and told I couldn’t get my cleaning deposit back because the underside of the machine was dirty. Yes, under the machine where the wheels are. That wasn’t even covered by the cleaning instructions. I was in a hurry to get to my daughter’s Christmas party so I didn’t complain. Now I’m down over $40 of cleaning fee because I didn’t clean it to the staff member’s personal standards. Staff member was Jadon.

Here’s a story for you… you purchase a 48 inch built-in refrigerator made by Kitchenaid/Whirlpool from Lowe’s. This is not a cheap fringe. It was $11,000. We have the exact same model in our house in Arizona, but it was a few years older. We really liked the KitchenAid built-in unit. The Lowe’s so-called “installers”showed up and didn’t do a very good job installing the fridge. They were more or less just delivery guys. However, that’s not the reason for this review. I had to remove the packaging, connect the water connection to the fridge, put the screws in to hold it in place, etc. The reason for writing this review is the fact that the icemaker has never worked in this unit. I contacted Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) and they sent out their “certified” repair group which is called Best Service Company. The name of the company is ironic because they are certainly far from the best. They came out to the house initially and replaced the icemaker itself, and then some form of controller board for the icemaker. They never hung around long enough to even try a cycle on the icemaker. They assumed that it was functional. With this icemaker, we get about one cycle per 24 hour period if we are lucky. That means we get about eight cubes per day if it cycles at all. We have another Kitchenaid in the basement bar that makes at least four cycles a day. The icemaker design is very very similar. We called best service company the next day and they scheduled a tech to come back out again. I don’t know what they did, but they were only here about 20 minutes and then left. The icemaker still didn’t work so we called best service company out for a third time. They left us a note to contact whirlpool directly, which we did. Whirlpool then proceeded to tell us that best service company told them that the icemaker is working as designed. This completely dead ended our possibility of ever getting ice from our $11,000 refrigerator. We contacted Lowe’s and they said there’s nothing they could do and the factory would have to repair or replace the unit. I sure wish Lowe’s could figure out a way to put pressure on whirlpool to provide us with a working refrigerator. It has now been over a year with no resolution. Why should I buy from Lowe’s in the future?
