    I am a contractor and currently am working on a bathroom remodel for a customer. She had placed an online order to the Castle Rock Lowe's for a shower door and the expected delivery date changed to be later than expected. Not a big deal, but when I found out it was actually at the store and waiting to be delivered four days later I decided to just go pick it up myself. Upon getting it back to the house and opening it up I discovered that two of the tracks were bent and completely unusable. I went back to the store to see what could be done. This is where things completely fell apart. I spoke with Bryan who is apparently in charge of deliveries and he was less than interested in my problem. No apologies, no attempts at finding a solution for me. All he said was that I could buy another door that's in stock or order online again. I needed this door to be installed in the next few days and he said delivery for a special order would take 7-10 business days. He also suggested I install a similar door but different color and then replace it when the correct one is delivered. You've got to be kidding me. So you want me to install the door twice? I asked if he or a store associate could hammer the track flat enough to install it temporarily and then replace it when the new parts come in. Not ideal, but I'm running out of options. His response was "absolutely not." Ok great, so what other suggestions do you have to make this right? Nothing. Bryan is not a problem solver. I asked if Lowes would contact the company directly on my behalf to see about expedited delivery. Nope. Not an option. They won't do it is what he said to me. I just left the store and contacted the company directly and to my surprise they were more than helpful. They got the replacement parts shipped within a couple hours of my phone call at no charge. They're shipping from Canada and the parts are scheduled to be delivered in two business days. What do you think of that, Bryan? A simple attempt to make a phone call could have made this all right but you did absolutely nothing. I have never been a fan of Lowe's and I know other big box stores have their problems too, but if I ever have an option to buy from any other place (Home Depot, Floor & Decor, Ace, Wayfair, Amazon) I will do all I can to avoid Lowe's. This store is a joke and for someone who is supposedly an assistant manager, Bryan is worthless.

    I swore off Lowe's after a horrible experience trying to get patio furniture a few years ago. I swore I would only go to Home Depot and not give another dime. Unfortunately HD did not have a great selection of dishwasher. I went against my better judgement and told my wife we would go look and learn but absolutely NOT buy from Lowe's. Nick was incredible and was so patient and truly listened to our needs and gave perfect advice. He gave us space to discuss and kept coming back around to make sure we were all set. He even helped me load the dishwasher in the van. Incredible service. Will now be a Lowe's fan!

    Shout out to Jason in home and garden for his help and advice about a snowblower. He had it out for pickup after Seth from greenwood village called. (Shout out for Seth too!) Jason suggested we use silicon spray and we think that will be a big help this winter. Lowe's is definitely becoming a favorite place to go for home improvement

    It has great prices for most seasonal outdoor stuff, still annoyed they do not carry dewalt stuff
