I sent in my pictures and explained the problem and they said I had to have my receipt... after 16 years! I was told when I purchased it that my name and information was kept in a data base so I had nothing to worry about, the manager in the store told me no matter what happens even if it goes flat you just let us know. This company obviously does not take care of their long time customers and they don’t know what a lifetime warranty is! They don’t stand behind their product!
